Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for choosing Seaside Flags & gifts. We take tremendous pride in providing the best customer service possible to all of our customers.

We process and ship in-stock orders within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Please allow 7-10 business days for out of stock items to ship.

We ship via UPS Ground to shipping addresses within the United States and Canada.

Free shipping on orders of $40.00

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $40.00 or more when shipped to an address in the United States. Free shipping does not apply to some addresses or shipments outside the lower 48 states. If additional costs are assessed, you will be contacted for your approval regarding the additional fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Requests for returns must be made 14 days after the order has been shipped and returned items must be received within 21 days after shipment to be considered for refunding. Orders which are pending, delivered, shipped or in transit, cannot be cancelled. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any unused returned items. Management otherwise consider all sales final.

Refunds will be in the amount of purchase only if received within 21 day return period. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items and special orders cannot be returned.

Exchanges will be charged additional shipping to the customer. We reserve the right to inspect any returns before issuing a refund or exchange.

Cancellations

All order cancellations, corrections or changes to an order must be received via e-mail within 2 hours of placement.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server to prevent information from being intercepted. Ordering by credit card expedites your order and provides you with printed documentation regarding your order.
